  • Are you shipping worldwide?

Yes we do.


  • Do you have the products available?

Yes, all the products that you can add to your basket are available for immediate dispatch. However, it may happen that a product is out of stock, in this case you will be informed by email.

  • When will my order be shipped?

All orders accepted before 10am(CET) will normally be handled the same day, except Wednesday or if there is a request for pre-run engines.


  • Can I pay by bank transfer?

Yes, but only persons inside of the CEE can choose this method of payment when you confirm your order.

For the bank-transfers, the information of our bank account will be sent by email following the validation of your order.

* Your order will be processed once we have received the money into our bank account. If after your order we do not receive your transfer within 5 days, your order will be automatically canceled. Please let us know when you have made the transfer.


  • When will a pre-ordered product be shipped?

If you ordered a product in pre-order together with other products, your order will be put on hold until the arrival of the pre-ordered product. We make every effort to meet the announced deadline and ship to you as quickly as possible.


  • How to know when a product becomes available again?

Just go to the product page and click on "Notify me when back in stock", once the product is available you will be informed by email.


  • Where can I find my tracking information?

The tracking information can be found in your customer area, orders, then click on detail and you will find the link on the lower part of the page.
